Client Management – Studio Ninja
I use Studio Ninja, a specialist photography Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, to help manage enquiries, bookings and client communication.
Information stored and processed through Studio Ninja may include your name and contact details, session information, correspondence, questionnaires, contracts, invoices, payment information and records of any consent you provide.
Studio Ninja is based in Australia and your personal information may therefore be processed or stored outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are used to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
I only use the information held within Studio Ninja as necessary to manage your enquiry, booking and photography services, or where you have provided consent for another purpose.
Photographs & Social Media
Photographs created during your session may be used by Rachel Sinclair Photography for my portfolio, website, social media and other promotional purposes as outlined in my Terms & Conditions.
If an image includes anyone under the age of 18, I will ask permission from their parent or legal guardian before using that image for promotional purposes.
If you have any concerns about how your photographs may be used, please speak to me.
Sharing Your Information
Sometimes it may be necessary to share limited information with trusted third parties who help me provide my services, such as professional photography laboratories, album and framing suppliers, payment providers or delivery companies.
